Relief Operations in Times of Needs

Whilst the original activities of the Quasem Foundation have been Eye and Maternity health, due to the location of the foundation in climate-vulnerable Northern Bangladesh, we have naturally had to respond to the critical needs of the population. Given the worsening effects of climate change, this has included floods, cold weather, and other types of disaster relief. With around large number of established distribution sites, we can reach the most isolated communities. In 2023, our activities have included:

1) Iftar Packages Relief: Approximately 31,500 packages distributed

2) Cold Weather Relief: Approximately 4,000 blankets distributed
